Throughout the Home:

• Dusting: We meticulously dust all surfaces, including baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, shelves, furniture, and window sills.
• Vacuuming: We thoroughly vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery, removing dust, dirt, and allergens.
• Mopping: We mop all hard floors (tile, laminate, hardwood) with appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Wiping down surfaces: We disinfect and sanitize countertops, tables, sinks, doorknobs, light switches, cabinet doors, and appliances (exterior).
• Emptying trash cans: We remove and replace liners in all trash receptacles.

Kitchen Deep Clean (may include some or all of these):

• Cleaning inside ovens (Note: Some ovens may require a specialist for deep cleaning due to complex mechanisms).
• Deep cleaning stovetops, backsplashes, and exhaust hoods.
• Cleaning refrigerator shelves and drawers (Note: We do not remove or rearrange food items).
• Wiping down exterior surfaces of appliances.

Our cleaners bring mops and all necessary cleaning tools and supplies to your home. If you prefer cleaners use your own tools and/or specific cleaning products, you can let us know.

We accept all major credit cards through our secure online booking form. Payment is processed after the cleaning is complete, with a hold placed on your card two days prior to the service appointment.

Flexibility is key. You can cancel free of charge 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to accommodate your needs.

We do our best to offer as many services as possible, however, there are a few things we are unable to do for safety or logistical reasons. We are unable to clean the following:

• Places or items higher than 12 feet.
• Full wash of ceilings and walls
• Pest removal, cleaning of bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, and other bio-hazards
• Fire or smoke damage, areas strongly drenched with smoking/cannabis smells
• Exterior windows, patios, and garages
• Clutter/Toys/Books or Documents
• Under heavy objects or furniture that require lifting or moving
